In this development, a scenario of the holiday is presented. The children were invited to take part in the Entertainment Fair (in winter fun) and burn a scarecrow so that Winter would give way to Spring.

Purpose of the event: introduction to the celebration of Russian folk holidays.

Shooting gallery of Santa Claus. What is winter without snowballing? In the fresh frosty air, there is no better gambling fun, warming. Set up targets for throwing snowballs on the court. The simplest option is wooden boards measuring 1 x 1 m with several circles drawn on them with a diameter of 30, 60 and 90 cm (you can make them in the form of a stuffed carnival or Snowmen, or just stick images of thick cardboard on the board or draw on the boards). Shields can be dug into the ground on poles, hung on a wall or on a fence. If it is not possible to make targets, they can simply be drawn on a blank wall of a house or a fence. You can also play the game "Sparrows and Crows"(if the riddles are quickly guessed). Game rules: players are divided into two teams - "sparrow" and "raven". The presenter says: "Sparrows!" Suddenly, the presenter says "Ravens!" The game is dynamic, you don't need to drag it out, the main goal is to get warm, to get a boost of vivacity.
Panicle races. A long strip is drawn in the snow - a track, plastic bottles are placed along it with a snake, participants (you can seat a whole family) sit astride long brooms and run to the finish line.

The tradition of Shrovetide days has always been stormy fun and a manifestation of generosity, since our ancestors considered this a guarantee of rich harvests and abundance in the coming year. The holiday lasted for seven days, each day was named and celebrated in a special way. The main treat all week is pancakes, symbolizing the spring sun. The construction of a straw doll or stuffed animal, named in honor of the Maslenitsa holiday, was a cheerful decoration of the event. The scarecrow was placed on the main square, where the festivities took place (you can give a preschooler a small straw doll). Calling on the sun, they tried to please Shrovetide, shouting calls:

Competitions and round dances were traditional for the holiday. People sang, joked, made fun of Shrovetide. On the last Shrovetide day, a straw doll was burned, rejoicing in the upcoming spring days. At the end of the game, everyone is treated to pancakes.

"Cheerful buffoons"

In this theatrical act, parents prepare hats, learn a song, for example, to a poem by L. Orlova:

The players are put on caps of buffoons, you can simply sew bright balls (bells) to the cap of the child. To the chorus, the children imitate the wobbly habits of a bear at the fair, the important gait of the cockerel, the fight of the goats with their foreheads. It is good to use fun music.

"Sharmanka"

With the participation of children of different ages. To have fun, an adult needs to change into an old organ grinder, pick up a monkey or parrot toy, a music box as an organ-grinder, write notes for children depicting "buyers". The entertainment will be more interesting if souvenirs are prepared for the participants, which need to be hidden in different places. The presenter sings a song about a barrel organ or reads a nursery rhyme:

At first, the parent is chosen as the driver ("Malanya"), then the role can be transferred to the older preschooler. The players stand in a circle, the driver is in the center. Under the words of the nursery rhyme (it can be sung in chorus), the driver depicts various funny actions, the rest of the participants reproduce them:

"Dudar-dudarische"

Ancient entertainment will perfectly fit into, create a cheerful mood in adults and children. Shrovetide is a good time for such old fun. First, you need to tell the guys who a fool is (plays the pipe), what a deck is (a thick felled tree). An adult first becomes the leader, and then the role is passed on to the children. Entertainment requires a large area, so they play on the court. Participants go in a round dance, rhythmically pronounce or sing:

Dudar, dudar, dudarische, old, old old lady.
Its under the deck, under the damp, under the rotten.
Fool, fool, what hurts?

Dudar says plaintively, pointing to any part of the body, for example: "The finger is ill," those who play with laughter grab the neighbor's finger and move on.

The fun ends with the words of a fool: "Nothing hurts!"

Everyone scatters, the leader catches them.

"Let's ride horses"

Shrovetide events are impossible without horse riding. During the walks, you can ride a horse-drawn sleigh with children. At home, riding is imitated by a game. An adult ties bells to a beautiful ribbon, suggests making a "team", putting a ribbon on one child - this is a "horse". Children grab the ribbons and shout:

Knock-knock, tra-ta-ta, open the gate!
Open the gate! We leave the yard! But!

With these words, "the horse runs", ringing bells, the children run after it. When the guys play enough, the presenter says: "Whoa, horse, stop!"

To diversify the game of "horses", it will be interesting to dramatize the nursery rhyme "How to thin ice ...":

The "Swing" competition is a very fun game, and it is better for boys to compete in it. Several participants are selected for the game. For their number, it is necessary to prepare in advance baskets and tennis balls in equal quantities. The basket is tied in the form of a swing. Music begins to play and the boys try to hit a difficult "nest" one tennis ball at a time, one hit equals one point. The winner will be the one who manages to score the most points.

Competition "Running in bags"
Many favorite game in bags will be very useful on a merry holiday. All participants are divided into two teams, each of which chooses a song for itself. At the start, the first participant in the bag begins to jump to a certain mark, and return back in the same way. An old-fashioned fun game in which at least 5 people take part. All stand in a circle facing the center and hold hands. The leader walks behind them and alternately touches the back of each participant with his hand. To some he says "goose" and to others "goose". If the first word was pronounced to the player, it means that he is standing still and does not move. However, if the second, then this means that he must run around all the players and take his previous place. The essence of the game lies in the fact that the leader also runs in a circle, and if he comes running faster than the second participant, it means that he transfers his title to him. Now he becomes the leader. Thus, the game continues.

Broom Throwing Game
A very fun game for adults and children. Several people are involved. The objective of the game is to throw a broomstick at a distance. The participant who throws the attribute the farthest will be the winner of the Broom Throw game.

The game "Stream"

One of the interesting Shrovetide games for young children is considered to be the "Sun" game. Participants are divided into two teams, and stand in a row. For the competition, you will need two A3 sheets on which a circle will be drawn. You will also need several markers for each command. At the start, each one of the participants from the two teams quickly runs up to a sheet of paper and draws one ray at a time. The same is done by the second, third and all other participants.
