3. Dragonite. A single attack Pokémon, Outrage, combined with a high attack, will take down almost all Pokémon without protection from dragon attacks (steel) in 1 hit. If the enemy is not ready for the dragonite to come out, he can wipe out 2-3 Pokemon without any problems. The lack of speed is made up for by a hat at +50% speed (he has 300-350 speed with it)
4. Volcarona. High attack and good speed + good attacks (I recommend psychic, herbal and fire). With character for speed, he can drag 1-6.

4. Kingdra. Yes, Kingdra can be called a top. Yes, she has 317 in almost all stats, but this does not stop Kingdra. By pumping her modest with 27-31 sp attack genes, 27-31 sp defense genes and Swift Swim ability, you can make a top that will take out the same legendary Pokemon (of course, Lugia will not bring in). Yes, as for dragons, we remember again about Swift Swim and we can easily shoot Dragonites, and Salamens not with maximum speed, an ice-type attack, in principle, this is the case with almost every dragon.

5. Machamp. Big attack. Relatively much speed [with just an imba voice scarf]. There is also the most top-end ability among all Pokémon - Unguarded. 1. Alakazam . With Alakazam's speed (~370) and his special attack (~400), he can rightly be called a top. He will be able to overtake almost any ghost and hit him with his Shadow Ball attack. And he can easily hit the dark ones with his Focus Blast attack, and thanks to Wide Lens, the accuracy of this attack will be 80%. As for the bugs, thanks to the combination of high special attack, speed and Psychic or Thunder (Accuracy with a lens of 80%), it is really possible to deal with them.

2. Gengar . The gengar's speed stat is not that small (~350), which gives him not a small advantage in battle, but thanks to attacks - Hypnosis (Yes, 60% of the hit is not very good, but if you wear the same Wide Lens and the accuracy will be 70%) and Dream Eater, which attacks the enemy with a power of 100 and at the same moment restores the Hit Point level (HP - health points) and again, given ~ 390 special attacks, it will hit powerfully and do not forget about the top attack - Shadow Ball. Because of this, I can call it a top.

3. Sloaking . Yes, now you will tell me - "What?! Slowking?? Riley?! He is generally hyper slow. His name says so!", but his low speed is compensated by a high special defense stat (Not a lot, not a little, but ~ 350). In addition to the special defense, let's pay attention to the special attack, and he has ~ 330 of it, which is also not bad. And his hidden ability is Regenerator, which replenishes 1/3 of his HP when replaced. Pay also attention to 1 seemingly unnecessary attack - Psych Up. Replaces the opponent's stats with his own and his own with his. Mewtwo won’t overtake, but by replacing the stats (You can use Focus Sash, but in fact it shouldn’t shoot unless he has a Shadow Ball) and immediately changing the Pokemon to another, on which the same Shadow Ball will not act, and having dealt with Mewtwo , release Slowking with high speed and sp attack along the way. 4. Lugia . Let's not forget about the legend - Lugia. Her high defense and defense special stat makes her a kind of perfect shield. Lugia has the ability Pressure, which takes 2 times more attack PP from the opponent for 1 attack. Actually attacking Lugia with the same attack can be 2 times less. Using Calm Mind and Substitute, the enemy can do almost nothing, and not many people know about Toxic or simply don’t bet thinking that it won’t be useful anywhere. Also the Recover attack heals Lugia. I think there is no point in talking about it anymore, because you already understood everything. I can safely and confidently call Lugia a top.

2. Arcanine. Mb someone is surprised, someone is not, but his max attack stat is 350, speed is about 315. Compared to some of the Pokemon on the list, it's quite small, but ... Arcanine can essentially be a mess of the following attacks: Outrage, Wild Cherdzh, Bulldose, Flair Blitz. Remember what his max attack stat is? I have not tried it, but I think such a dog is quite capable of outrunning and shooting a caegra, dragonite, and even poorly pumped salpmens and rayquas, despite the fact that Arcanine is a fire pokemon!
