Inflate the parachute canopy (“bubble”) as much as possible (we raise our arms up), with the word “bang!” (we scream loudly) - they blew it away.

Rolling the ball

Age: 4-7 years

Target: development of interaction, consistency and coordination of movements

Children hold the parachute with both hands. The teacher places a ball on the parachute. The size of the ball depends on the task and the children’s level of parachute skills. Children gradually raise or lower the parachute so that the ball begins to move in the desired direction: in a circle, in colors, from one half to the other. The number of balls also depends on the task.

“We are colored markers,

All the guys are daring

Yellow, red, blue,

Choose any one for yourself!”

After these words, the guys stop, and the driver (the artist) names the color sector. All players who stand under the named sector begin to run around the parachute to the music along with the driver.

When given a signal (turning off the music or blowing a whistle), players try to occupy an empty space in a certain color sector as quickly as possible. If the driver (“artist”) takes up an empty seat faster, he becomes a player, and the eliminated Irok becomes the driver (“artist”).

Rules of the game : There must be 1 more players than color sectors. If there are very few players, you can exclude one or two sectors.

Children stand in a circle, facing the parachute, with their hands grasping the color sector. The children say the words: “It’s boring, it’s boring, we should stand, isn’t it time to go for a run, we should change places.” One two Three!"

The adult continues and calls any color sector - “RED RUN!” Children standing under this color run under a parachute and change places with other children.

Option: Red in, blue out

The parachute is great for active outdoor games with simple rules. For example, you can announce that children can only enter through the red sector, and exit opposite, through the blue, and run back from outside the parachute, so that there are no collisions inside. Adults raise and lower the parachute, and children run in from the red entrance, and run out where the blue exit is, if they were not touched by the parachute. Irina Parshikova

“The health and happiness of our children largely depends on the organization of physical education in kindergarten and family...”

N. M. Amosov

Dear Colleagues! I work as a physical education instructor, so I try to introduce elements of novelty into the educational process on physical development and, with the help of bright, non-standard equipment, arouse children’s interest in physical education. I really like giving children various surprises and gifts. One of these gifts for the children of our kindergarten was the production of a bright manual “Happy Parachute”, which helped me give the children a lot of positive emotions.

The “fun parachute” that I sewed for our kindergarten students has a diameter of 3 meters. A play parachute - consists of several colored sectors of bright fabric, it has handles located in a circle. It can be used by any kindergarten specialist (psychologist, music director, teacher) to organize activities, games, entertainment, and as a mathematical aid for reinforcing colors or counting.

The parachute allows shy, insecure children to gradually join the game. After all, in these games you don’t have to give your hand to other children, like in a round dance. Games with a parachute allow you to teach children to interact with each other, follow the rules of the game, wait for their turn in the game, feel the movements of other players, develop coordination, attention, and develop imagination.

I would like to bring to your attention several games with "Happy Parachute".

Giants are dwarfs. (3-4 years)

Target: practice the ability to alternate between walking with wide and short steps at the teacher’s signal; develop attention and endurance.

Progress of the game: children walk in a circle, holding a parachute; at the teacher’s signal, the “giants” throw the parachute up and rise on their toes; at the teacher’s signal, the “dwarfs” sit down.

"Ball" (4-5 years)

Target: develop coordination and coordination of movements.

For this game you need a parachute and a light ball.

Progress of the game:

Children unite, pull the parachute, read a poem and then, according to the words, begin to smoothly swing the parachute, trying on the one hand to help the ball roll along the parachute along the edge, on the other hand, making sure that the ball does not fall from the parachute. On the last lines they throw the ball up.

My ball is flying

Flies towards you

Look, don't miss it!

Catch him, hold him

And throw it to me again.

Cheerful friend, my ball!

Everywhere, everywhere he is with me!

One two three four five,

It's good for me to play with him!

“Day and Night” (6-7 years)

Target: develop the ability to interact with each other, follow the rules of the game, and wait for their turn in the game.

Progress of the game:

Keeps the sun all day

(Children hold a parachute and move slowly in a circle.)

Relentlessly WHITE DAY,

But as soon as he gets tired,

The shadow in the grass will move.

(They begin to slowly throw the parachute up)

And without anyone's orders

The sunset colors will bloom.

(They throw the parachute up strongly)

The day is tired. Don't mind sleeping.

Who will replace him? (NIGHT)

(The teacher says: “All Tanya and Maxim,” or “All children whose name begins with a letter. "hiding under a parachute).

The game repeats itself.

Children must have time to hide under the parachute at the moment when it is at the top.

In the future, children themselves must monitor the movement of the parachute and run up when it is at the top.

“Dandelions” (4–7 years)

Target: develop the ability to coordinate movements and words, develop attention.

Progress of the game:

From fluffy balls

(Children walk in a circle holding on to the parachute)

Over a colorful summer meadow

(They stop and throw the parachute up)

Parachutists are flying

After each other.

(Children run easily on their toes)

As soon as they touch the ground -

(Slow down and stop)

They will fall asleep as if on a sofa.

(Sit down)

And in the spring they will wake up.

And there will be dandelions!

(They throw up a parachute)

Relevance of the topic

The relevance of the chosen topic is explained by the fact that in modern preschool education

The view on the essence of the processes of upbringing and development of a preschool child has changed. Values

healthy lifestyle, development of social, moral, aesthetic, intellectual,

physical qualities, the formation of prerequisites for educational activities in accordance with their

age and individual characteristics and inclinations, development of abilities and

the creative potential of each child as a subject of relationships with himself and others

children, adults and the world are reflected in the state educational standard

preschool education and training.

Where great importance is given to the proper organization of children's activities, taking into account

psychophysiological characteristics and different rates of development of each child to a certain

age group. In connection with this problem, we began to look for methods, forms and means

which would help make a classic lesson, as well as a joint lesson with children and

parents, more interesting, exciting, fun and uniting all the children in the group,

regardless of their individual characteristics. This tool became a game parachute.

The relevance of the chosen topic is explained by the fact that in the context of the introduction of federal

state educational standards, the teacher can choose such methods, forms

and tools that will allow you to make any activity not only useful, but also exciting,

cheerful and uniting all the children in the group.

Therefore, the game parachute became such a means.

Relevance of the topic

One of the main tasks of education is the use of various forms of work with children, in

including those that contribute to the functional improvement of the body,

increase performance, make the child persistent and resilient, possessing

high protective abilities to adverse environmental influences.

These forms of work are not aimed at honing the technique of performing certain tasks.

exercises, but on the development of positive emotions, high physical activity,

free and relaxed communication between children.

The “Game Parachute” manual will introduce a range of new sensations into organizing games with children.

A game parachute is a bright fabric consisting of several colored sectors, with

Handles are located in a circle. The diameter of the parachute is 3 meters. You can play with a parachute

gym or in a group, but the parachute is also suitable for outdoor games. Games in

parachute - not competitive: they teach coordination of actions and the ability to feel

movements of other players. It is very important for children to feel that it is in their movements that they can

feel like part of a team. In skydiving games, even the most

little players! It is important for a child of any age to learn to coordinate his actions with

commands of the leader and the actions of other players. In parachute games this is achieved by itself

yourself, without much effort. A parachute gives a child a rich range of new sensations: it is also bright

a visual image, and a strong wind, and the sound of a stretched parachute, and the feeling of soft fabric,

hugging a child sitting under a parachute.

Relevance of the topic

The parachute is so attractive in itself that it usually doesn't take children long to

persuade - they themselves rush to him as fast as they can. Even very shy children who

They find it difficult to join in common games and love to play with a parachute. For the quiet and shy

The parachute for children provides a lot of opportunities for gradually joining the company of children.

After all, in these games no one demands to immediately give a hand to other children, as in a round dance, or immediately

enter the circle. Each child can choose their own speed and level of activity.

A parachute is very useful for both quiet and slow children and active ones, including

hyperactive children, since games with a parachute provide an opportunity to “stir up” quiet children

children and calm down especially nimble ones. The parachute gives you a lot of opportunities to play with the rules,

games with boundaries. In addition, games with a parachute develop imagination, the ability to imitate and

show some characteristic movements in pantomime. Can you imagine that

a parachute is a house, or the sea, or a mushroom cap... Children under a parachute depict

sparrows, then go to bed, then knock on the little house. As in other outdoor games,

children learn to follow the rules of the game, wait their turn, interact with each other

friend.

One of the factors influencing the success of children’s adaptation to preschool educational institutions is

is their mastery of gaming and communication skills.

In collaboration with a teacher - defectologist, educational psychologist and

other narrow specialists, our kindergarten teachers create

possibilities for successful adaptation of children of different age groups through

participation in different forms and types of activities, thereby we are together

We ensure the health of pupils in the unity of psychological and

physical aspects.

For this purpose we use a game parachute. It is made of bright

fabric (3 or 5 meters in diameter) and consists of several colored

sectors in a circle around which the handles are located.

Playing with a parachute is a tool for teachers to

monitoring children during the period of adaptation to preschool educational institutions, correction of visible

disorders of communication, emotional-volitional and cognitive

spheres.

For shy children, parachute games provide an opportunity

gradual joining the company. In these games no one demands

immediately give your hand to other people, as in a round dance, or immediately enter the circle.

Active children, playing with a parachute, will learn to follow the rules of the game,

wait their turn, interact with each other.

The main structural unit of parachute training is

composition, that is, consistent in technique and continuous in

complex.

Relevance of the topic

You can send soft, quiet ripples along the surface of the parachute, or you can

noisy and stormy waves, depending on what goal we

we are pursuing. Games with him teach coordination of actions, skill

feel the movements of other players, listen to instructions

adults, contribute to the development of attention and coordination. Game with

parachute strengthens the muscles of the shoulders, forearms and hands, which

has a positive effect on children's development. Creating with

with the help of a parachute giant waves, children improve their

motor perception skills and develop a sense of rhythm. This game

relieves mental stress, liberates the child,

creates the prerequisites for establishing contact with other children,

promotes the development of imagination.

From the practice of working with this manual, we can say that the parachute

provides incomparable assistance in bringing the child into contact with

society and helps him penetrate it independently.

Together with kindergarten teachers, we have developed and

tested several interesting parachute games that you

You can use it in your work with children.

Relevance of the topic

Making a parachute.

“In order to sew a parachute, you need 4 pieces of lining fabric 1.5 meters wide (parachute diameter 3

meters). The cut length is calculated using the formula: cut length(2 x 3; 14 x 1.5)/8. It turns out 1.17 m. Necessary

one meter of fabric in four colors (yellow, red, blue, green). In its finished form, the parachute represents

is a “flat umbrella” with eight sectors. The cut is folded in half crosswise. Like this: sew

according to the diagram (it turns out to be a pipe). Then we cut it diagonally and get two wedges: one whole, one with a seam

in the middle. This way all the wedges are cut. After this we begin to assemble the parachute.

For beauty, we sew together a whole wedge and a wedge with a seam. After all, there are two of each color (a whole and a sewn wedge). In the middle

we sew a circle to hide inaccuracies when joining the wedges. From bias tape or ribbon we sew handles onto

at the joints of the wedges and in the middle of the wedge (16 pieces in total).

Now you can enjoy the game!

TASKS:
- Teach preschoolers to apply motor experience in play activities.

Develop dexterity, speed of reaction, eye, coordination of movements, speed, attention, imagination.

Develop the ability to act in a coordinated manner in a team; cultivate creativity, independence and initiative in motor play actions, emotional responsiveness.

Help improve motor skills, develop correct posture, and strengthen back muscles.

Type of benefit:

What is a “Magic Parachute”? A magic parachute is a bright fabric consisting of several colored sectors. The diameter of the parachute may vary. My parachute is 3 m in diameter. For convenience, gymnastic poles are attached to the edges of the parachute. This way you can involve the whole group of children in the game. In addition, having unique sports and gaming capabilities, this benefit does not require large financial expenditures, does not create noise, is very compact and quite simple to manufacture.

Benefit requirements:

The “Magic Parachute” manual meets methodological, didactic and sanitary-hygienic requirements. I would like to note that when conducting games with a didactic manual, there is an integration of such areas as “Physical Education”, “Health”, “Music”, “Socialization”, “Communication”, “Cognition”. From the point of view of sanitary and hygienic requirements, the manual is very simply processed: it is wiped daily with a damp cloth in a soapy solution, and a gentle wash is carried out weekly. From this I conclude that the benefit is safe.

Using the manual:

The didactic manual “Magic Parachute” is intended for preschoolers of middle and older age. Basically, I use the manual when conducting direct educational activities, in the main part as an active game, or in the final part in the form of a sedentary game.
Parachute games are fun team games. Games can be very active, moving, or they can be quiet and calm.
Games with a parachute develop imagination when the players “turn” into animals, and the parachute into a multi-colored cloud, rainbow, carousel or train.

You can play both indoors (in a sports hall or music hall) and outdoors (on a playground or on a veranda).
During the participation of children in collective games and play exercises using the “Magic Parachute” manual, a special environment is created that requires children to be able to coordinately solve problems of a motor nature, obey certain rules, use well-known movements in accordance with game situations, and also independently find different ways to complete the task, come up with new games, game options and rules for them.
As a result of using the didactic manual “Magic Parachute”, preschoolers develop good coordination of movements, improve motor activity, and improve their emotional mood. Preschoolers show friendly relations in the game, interest in physical education increases; preschoolers show high results in basic types of movement (running, jumping, throwing, crawling, catching), imagination develops; children apply the acquired motor experience in independent play activities.

In the future, I plan to use the parachute in joint play activities of children and adults, in various leisure activities, joint entertainment for children and adults, as well as in cognitive classes (sensory development, consolidation of general concepts, numbers, numbers, etc.).

Game "Empty Space"
(older age)
Target: develop reaction speed, agility, speed, attention.

I walk around the house
And I look out the window,
I'll go to one
And I'll knock softly
Knock-Knock…
All the children stop. The child, near whom the driver stopped, asks: “Who came?” The driver calls the child's name and continues:
You have your back to me,
Let's run, just like you and me.
Which one of us is young?
Will he run home faster?
The driver and the child run around the parachute in opposite directions. The first one to occupy the empty space at the parachute wins.

Game "Funny Ball"
(older age)
Target: develop dexterity, coordination of movements, attention, emotional responsiveness

Game description:
Option N 1.
The guys stand in a circle, holding the parachute with both hands. A physical education instructor throws a medium-sized rubber ball onto the sectors of the parachute.
Children, raising and lowering different sectors of the parachute, try to roll the ball, saying the words:
You roll, funny ball,
The parachute will not let you fall.
Who has a funny ball?
Try to convey!

Option N 2
The guys stand in a circle, holding the parachute by the edges with both hands. A physical education instructor throws a medium-sized rubber ball onto the sectors of the parachute. Children, raising and lowering different sectors of the parachute, try to roll the ball so that it does not fall on the floor. At the beginning of the game, children say the words:

One two Three,
Hit the target!

Game "Carousel"
(middle, older age)
Target: develop the ability to navigate in space, move at different paces; develop the emotional sphere and a sense of involvement in the common cause.
Game description:
Preschoolers, together with a physical education instructor, spread a parachute on the floor and stretch it around its entire circumference. Each child grabs the middle of a colored sector with one hand (the parachute consists of 10 multi-colored sectors).
Children, together with a physical education instructor, move in a circle and say the words:

Barely, barely
The carousel started spinning.
And then, then, then
Everybody run, run, run.
Hush, hush, don't rush,
Stop the carousel.
One, two, one, two -
The child turned around.
Children move slowly at first, then the pace increases and turns into a run. Children gradually stop, make a turn and grab the parachute with their other hand. The direction of movement changes.
After several repetitions (3-4) at the end the words “The game is over” are said and the game ends.

Train game (average age)
Target: learn to combine movements with words and music.
Game description:
Children, holding the parachute with their left hand, move in a circle, make circular rotational movements with their right hand and say the words:
The train is flying at full speed
(Raise and lower the parachute)
Wow, wow, wow!
(Repeat the same movements, only in the other direction, changing hands)
The diesel locomotive hummed: “Uh-oh!
I took the kids home.
“Doo-doo-doo! Doo-doo-doo!”
I’ll get everyone there in no time!”

Game exercise “Goldfish”
(older age)
Target: develop flexibility, coordination of movements, endurance.
Game description:
Children lie on their stomachs near the parachute so that everyone gets a sector of a certain color, and hold the parachute with both hands by the sticks at the ends. Arms extended forward, legs together. The instructor says the words: “The sea worries once, the sea worries two, the sea worries three – goldfish swim!” Preschoolers simultaneously raise straight arms and legs, performing wave-like movements with a parachute. Then rest for a few seconds and the exercise is repeated.

Game "Salute"
(middle, older age)
Target: develop reaction speed, activate motor skills, cultivate the ability to act in a team in a coordinated manner.
Game description:
Children collect as many balls as possible from the dry pool and place them on the parachute. Then they take the edges of the parachute with both hands and slowly lift it, saying the words “one, two, three!” After the word “three!” throw the balls up. Then they run and collect the balls, put them back on the parachute, and the game repeats again.

Game "Rainbow"
(older age)
Target: consolidate knowledge of color, the ability to respond to a signal; develop attention, imagination, speed.
Game description:
Children hold the parachute with both hands, standing around the parachute in such a way that everyone gets a sector of a certain color. While raising and lowering the parachute, say the words:
One two Three,
Rainbow take off!
The physical education instructor selects two colors that are not adjacent and names them. The guys, sharply raising their arms, raise the parachute up, forming a dome, and the children standing near the sector of the named color quickly run under it. This is what the physical education instructor calls all the colors. The main thing is to listen carefully and respond quickly!

Sparrows, go home!

(older age)

Target: consolidate the ability to jump on two legs in a given direction, consolidate colors; develop speed.

Game description:

Children are divided into two groups. One group of children raises and lowers a parachute, and under them the children of the second subgroup - sparrows - are jumping on two legs, flapping their wings. When the command “fly out quickly” sounds, all the children run out from under the parachute, and then at the command “sparrows, go home”, everyone flies back, trying not to hit or drop anyone while running.

Among the white doves

A gray sparrow jumps.

Among the white doves

A gray sparrow jumps.

Sparrow bird,

Gray shirt,

Take off quickly!

Run out, don't be shy!

They flew, circled,

And they returned back.

Sparrows, go home!

Red in, blue out

(older age)

Target: learn to respond to instructor commands; consolidate knowledge of colors.

Game description:

The parachute is great for active outdoor games with simple rules.

For example, you can announce that children can only enter through the red sector, and, on the contrary, only exit through the blue sector, and run back from outside the parachute so that there are no collisions inside.

Snowdrift

(middle and older age)

Target: create gaming motivation, a joyful mood from the game.

Game description:

In this game, all children must hide inside under a parachute when they hear the word “snowdrift.” One subgroup of children raises and lowers the parachute, swinging it a little, and the other subgroup runs around, or runs inside, then runs out again. At the word “snowdrift” the parachute is lowered.

Blowing - the wind is blowing in the forehead,

And blew up a big snowdrift.

Cats and mice

(older age)

Target: cultivate friendly relationships, speed of reaction, attention.

Game description:

Two leaders are selected - a cat and a mouse. The rest of the guys hold the parachute by the edges. Both presenters take off their shoes - the children will crawl on their knees. The “cat” player crawls on top of the parachute, and the “mouse” player crawls under the parachute in a circle closer to the edge. At this time, all the other players sitting around the parachute create waves, and thus prevent the cat from seeing how the mouse moves under the parachute. The cat’s task is to notice and catch a crawling mouse through the fabric. You cannot go beyond the edge of the parachute.

Duck and goose

(middle and older age)

Target: develop the ability to move in a circle, the ability to run in opposite directions.

Game description:

In this game, the parachute acts as a smooth circle around which all players squat. The driver walks clockwise and strokes the person next to him on the head, saying:

"Duck! Duck! Duck! Goose!"

Once he has selected Goose, he must run away from the selected player around the parachute. The Goose should jump up and run after the driver, and try to get rid of him before the driver runs and sits in the Goose’s place.

If the Goose catches up with the driver, he drives again. If the driver managed to run and take Goose’s place, then he becomes the new driver, and now he chooses Goose for himself.

Run - grab

(older age)

Target: develop memory, speed; cultivate interest in the game and coordination of movements.

Game description:

For this game, throwing bags, jump ropes, balls, etc. are placed under the parachute. Participants are counted by numbers. At the beginning of the game, all participants grab the parachute with both hands using an overhand grip and lift it high. Then the instructor calls the participant’s number and some item. The participant with this number rushes under the parachute, grabs the desired object and returns back before the air comes out of the parachute.

Orbit

(older age)

Target: develop children's outlook, dexterity, interest in the game, and the ability to roll a ball along a given trajectory.

Additional equipment - a large ball.

Game description:

At the beginning of the game, a large rubber ball is placed on the parachute. The ball is the “planet”, the parachute is the “solar system”, and the center of the parachute is the “Sun”. The instructor asks the participants if they can make the planet move in orbit at the edge of the solar system without falling out of the solar system (falling from a parachute).

Who's quicker to their color

(older age)

Target: develop running and observation skills; consolidate knowledge of colors.

Game description:

The parachute is on the floor. Children choose ribbons (flags) of the colors that are on the sectors of the parachute. According to a signal (music, tambourine), children move around the hall. As soon as the instructor calls: “One, two, three - find your color!”, the children stand on the sectors corresponding to the color of the ribbon (flag). The instructor marks the fastest and most attentive.

Find the number

(older age)

Target: consolidate counting within ten, develop visual memory.

Game description:

Option N 1.

The parachute is located on the floor. At the instructor's command, children jump, run, and walk in a half-squat around the hall. Then the instructor calls out a number from one to ten. Children must stand on the named sector. The instructor marks the children who have never made a mistake.

Option N 2.

At the beginning of the game, the instructor “hands out” numbers to the children. At the instructor's signal, the children move around the hall. The instructor calls a number, and whose number is named quickly stands in his sector. Several numbers can be called at once. And several children can have the same number at the same time.
