How to build a mage tower on the broken shore. Broken Shore in WoW Legion. Continuation of the class stronghold campaign

  • Week 1: (already in game) a return to the scenario on the Broken Isles, new game events and tasks will also appear there, a continuation of the class stronghold campaign (for those who completed the first part and activated all 35 features of their artifact weapons).
  • 2nd week: The Legion's attack begins, the first PvP brawl appears (the frozen Arathi Basin).
  • 3rd week: The 5th chapter of the class halls campaign opens. You'll have access to new allies, new stronghold upgrades, and special class quests.
  • 4-11 weeks: Further development of the plot will lead to the opening of the Tomb of Sargeras raid and the opportunity to obtain class-specific vehicles.

The Broken Shore is a real headache for the inhabitants of Azeroth. The demons of the Burning Legion have made their home here, and there seems to be no end to their attacks. This is an eternal reminder of the defeat that both the Horde and the Alliance suffered. But the invaders must be stopped! The heroes of Azeroth must return. And this time they will be ready to fight back the demons

Assault on the Broken Shore

The Legion is not known for its hospitality, so don't expect a warm welcome. You will need to fight your way through the enemy ranks, clear the coast and organize a stronghold. As with Legion, once you reach max level, you'll be able to take on a quest from Khadgar that will begin the single-player scenario on the Broken Shore.

The fight against the Burning Legion will take place for you and your allies in several stages. The culmination will be a foray onto one of the Legion ships, where you will have to fight the lord of horror Mephistroth - and this will not be your only meeting with him.

After completing the first stage of the storyline, you will find yourself at the Pinnacle of Deliverance. This stronghold will serve as a safe base for representatives of all class strongholds to come to the Broken Shore to take part in the new campaign alongside the Legion's Ruin Army.

Deliverance Summit and the battles on the Broken Shore

The first thing to do on the Broken Shore is to assess the situation and find out more about these Fel-ridden lands. Ruins and debris of former greatness - all that remains of the once powerful civilization of the elves - preserve the memory of the events of the past. But even the statues bear traces of the Legion's destructive influence.

As you travel through the Broken Shore, you will be offered several new world quests, for completing which you will receive a reward. You will also further develop your artifact weapons.

Completing world quests on the Broken Shore will also reward you with Legionbane Supplies and reputation with members of the Legionbane faction. Both can be obtained in other ways: for example, by killing rare elite monsters that roam the island. The supplies of the Legion's Ruin Army will be useful for the construction of powerful structures at the Pinnacle of Deliverance. These buildings will be an invaluable resource for explorers of the Broken Shore.

The Broken Shore has something for everyone. And there are plenty of demons here, so be on your guard.

Let's hold the line

Have you organized a base and found out the situation? Now is the time to join forces and contribute to the construction of powerful structures that will help you destroy the Burning Legion fortress on the Broken Shore.

You can spend supplies to build three different buildings using the Legionbane Army workbench. Once the building is created, you will see a short scene after which you can receive buffs associated with that building. Each building provides its own benefits, and you have a chance to receive additional bonuses from any of them. Don't neglect them! The extra bonuses can be a big selling point when you're deciding where to donate your supplies. These donations are cumulative per region, so choose wisely.

To construct each building, a steady supply of supplies from the Legion's Ruin Army is required. Once the building is completed, players will have three days during which they can take full advantage of the building's benefits. During one of these days, the building will be attacked and eventually destroyed, so it will have to be rebuilt. Re-construction can begin a day after the destruction of the building.

Here are the buildings that can be built here.

Tower of Mages

Harness magical energies to help advance the Legion's Ruin Army in the Broken Isles and uncover the Legion's collaborators.

  • Advantages of the building: the “Fel Treasures” effect, which allows you to complete artifact tests, find additional treasures and use portals leading to cities.
  • "Aware": When you loot an item that increases artifact power in a raid or dungeon, you have a chance to receive an additional artifact power token.
Command Headquarters

A fortified base where class stronghold leaders work together to plan an attack on the Broken Shore.

  • Advantages of the building: the "Strength of the Order" effect, with which you can complete world quests in dungeons, call upon Legion's Bane reinforcements, and take on difficult quests.

Let us give an example of just one of the positive effects that the construction of this building can provide.

  • "Military Campaign": When mining Legionbane Army supplies, you have a chance to receive additional supplies.

Here you can also use the strategic map of your class hall - you will not need to return to your class hall to send teammates on missions.

Void Destroyer

An ancient lunar well of the elves, which is capable of repelling the energy of the Void emanating from the tomb and revealing the secrets of the past.

  • Advantages of the building: The Epic Hunter effects (with which you can fight bosses outside of dungeons), Volatile Portals, and Armorer's Letters of Recommendation.

Let us give an example of just one of the positive effects that the construction of this building can provide.

"Strengthened Reins": allows you to interact with objects without dismounting.

Continuation of the class stronghold campaign

The class strongholds are determined to succeed where the factions have failed, and with your new weapons, these plans may well become a reality. On the Broken Shore, heroes of all classes will be able to continue the campaign of their stronghold, as well as return to improving artifact weapons.

Those who have already reached level 25 of artifact knowledge will now be able to advance to level 26 and beyond.

Those whose knowledge of the artifact does not yet reach level 25 will have the opportunity to go to Dalaran and increase their knowledge at an accelerated rate.

Those who have unlocked all 35 ranks of artifact weapons for at least one specialization will receive a new task and the opportunity to continue improving. By completing a short chain of quests, you will unlock 4 new features of your artifact weapon.

For those who have not yet unlocked all 35 ranks of Artifact Traits, there will be a corresponding quest that can be completed before moving on.

As at the start of the expansion, your Hall Class storyline will progress as part of the main Broken Shore storyline. In a few weeks, you'll receive a new follower and new world quests unique to your class on the Broken Shore. In some of these tasks you will have to help other classes.

Glow of Cerberax

High above the island, the Legion's flagship ship, the Cerberax, looms in the fog. By fighting the creatures prowling in its shadow, you can receive a special beacon, upon the signal of which the ship opens portals. These portals summon even more Legion demons - all you have to do is deal with them. With each level, the opportunity to obtain a higher level beacon increases, which, in turn, opens portals with even more dangerous enemies.

Open portals and defeat enemies, and then eventually you and a few friends will be able to fight the raid boss. Needless to say (but we will say it anyway), this is a great opportunity to get your hands on Void Shards.

Nethershards are a valuable currency that can be used to purchase equipment of a high enough level that will immediately make you feel comfortable on the Broken Shore. To do this, contact the merchants at the Pinnacle of Deliverance: battle mage Kat'linn and Wonderworker Vashrin. Shards can also be used to increase your chances of receiving higher-level equipment. We hope luck will be on your side!

Don’t be alarmed by the thought that you will have to settle for a long time in the dark shadow of Cerberax for the sake of the fragments. They can be obtained in many other ways while exploring the Broken Shore.

Cathedral of Eternal Night

Once you complete the starting scenario and complete the first quests on the Broken Shore, you will be able to go to a new dungeon: the Cathedral of Eternal Night, although visiting it is not necessary to progress through the story. Khadgar will offer you a quest in which you will have to climb to the top of the cathedral and once again meet Mephistroth.

There's plenty to do on the Broken Shore, but don't be surprised if at some point you find yourself distracted by things like .

Your efforts to defeat the demons on the Broken Shore will ultimately lead to a showdown at the Tomb of Sargeras the likes of which you have never seen before. With powerful artifact weapons and the power of the Pillars of Creation, victory over the Burning Legion and Kil'jaeden is closer than ever!

It must be said that the Blizzards have been doing very well with this for many years. Experiments on this basis have not yet led to any lasting success. The first location of this kind is the island of Quel’Thalas, which was released in the first expansion, The Burning Crusade. The Grounds from WotLK and the Fiery Front in Cataclysm are made in the same spirit. A format that can be called “Groundhog Day”. That is, I took the daily tasks, completed them, passed them, received bonuses and that’s it. And so on... in short, until you get tired of it. It must be said that all this was so intrusive that the team in Mists of Pandaria released several zones in which there were very few quests and there were no daily obligations. I'm talking about the Island of Giants and the Timeless Island. How interesting was it? Opinions were divided, especially regarding the Timeless Isle. Some people are thrilled that they don’t have to do quests, but can happily run around the island and beat everything that comes to hand. Others winced and remembered the “ruler”, with its merciless grind. Then there was Tanaan Jungle, which attempted to go back to the roots (Quel'Thalas-The Grounds-Foreground) with some cosmetic changes.

And now a new location is coming out, in which, as the developers promise, the Jungle and the Timeless Island will be combined. So, what will happen on the Broken Shore?

Rarniki. Where would we go without them? It is quite expected that all sorts of goodies will drop from them - Legion's Death Military Supplies, Garrison Resources, and Void Shards. The quest Take Out the Head... which is part of the Breaching the Tomb meta-achievement is also associated with the rarities.

New World Quests. There are now about 80 new locales for the Broken Shore in the Wowhead database.

Building. Having collected a certain amount War supplies of the Legion's doom players will be able to open buildings, which in turn provide bonuses. The amount of resources that can be given per day to one building is limited to 100. Then you need to contact a specially trained non-writer and he will activate the building. While it is activated, other buildings can be developed. Then the active building is destroyed by the demons of the Legion and it must be “built” again. That is, again farm special resources. What bonuses will various buildings provide?

  • Tower of Mages Unlocks the Fel Treasures bonus. Players will have access to Artifact Challenges, which will reward them with new artifact appearances. In addition, Wyrmtongue Caches will appear along the Broken Shore, containing all sorts of valuable items, including Military Supplies and Nether Shards. Lastly, portals to other locations of the Broken Isles will be opened in the Towers.
  • Command Center Unlocks the Power of the Stronghold bonus. This bonus gives you access to local games in the new 5ppl - the Cathedral of Eternal Night, help in battles against demons in the form of friendly NPCs and the ability for your stronghold champions to complete special missions with cool rewards.
  • Void Destroyer— “Epic Hunter” bonus, which means access to four world bosses of the Broken Shore (890+ kit). Unstable portals will also appear, which can be closed by summoning a strong elite. And crafters will be able to receive Tokens of Appreciation from the creators of armor, which can be exchanged for materials needed to make new legendaries.

New faction - Legion's Bane Army complete with a retail outlet where they will sell all sorts of useful and not so useful items.

Watch the video below to see what the new location will look like.

In general, that's all. What are the preliminary conclusions? So far everything looks pretty standard and bland and again in green-poisonous and black tones. Beat mobs, get “currency”, buy what you need and what you don’t need. After a fairly innovative start, I was expecting something more original than a Tanaan Jungle-inspired farming zone. Although I’m loading myself with PTR, I’ll take a look and feel what they did there in real life. Maybe it's not so bad.

A large number of people are addicted to online games. The Internet today is an integral part of everyone’s life in the modern world. And this is good, because having free time, you can spend it however you like, just by going to the World Wide Web.

Online games have long become a popular form of entertainment and recreation. Each person can plunge into their world and forget about real life for a short time, forget about their problems, and so on.

Strategy and role-playing online games have gained great popularity. One of the leading “strategy” games of our time is the game WOW (World of Warcraft). Let's talk about it in more detail.

About the game

WOW is an online role-playing game that has a multi-million army of participants around the world. It was developed by Blizzard. This strategy takes place in the fictional universe of Warcraft. Each player can easily control the selected character and play in teams with other fans in the virtual world.

This game was released in 2004. For a monthly fee, players get access to such a game. Also, developers regularly release various add-ons, which are filled with various themes, which attracts more and more audiences.

The gameplay itself takes place in the world of Warcraft. By selecting a specific character, the user can explore the virtual world provided to him. The point of this online game is to complete tasks of varying difficulty, where visitors can participate either alone or in a team. If successful in completing such tasks, the player can improve his character by pumping him up with various characteristics and purchasing better equipment. It also opens up access to new interesting places and complicated levels, which, if you win, you can further advance in the online game and improve your character.

At the very first stage, tasks are offered that must be completed alone. There are stages, the passage of which allows you to play as a team. Basically, a group game consists of 5 players:

  • tank;
  • doctor;
  • three fighters.

Each group member has a specific role in the dungeon battle. For example, a tank enters the battle first and must try to distract opponents. The healer performs the function of restoring health points that the tank and soldiers lost during the battle. The role of fighters is to inflict a lot of damage on opponents in order to quickly defeat them.

As in all online games, there are strong bosses, which can only be defeated by acting as a well-coordinated team.

This WOW game has several game modes that the user can switch constantly.

Now let's take it straight, what the Legion's Ruin Army supplies are for.

Add-on overview

As mentioned above, the online game provides the ability to install additional patches. One of the most popular add-ons is WOW Legion 7.2.

After installing this add-on, a universe called the Broken Shore opens. It is similar to Tanaan Jungle, but the map loads gradually on the shore. Broken Shore has two dungeons:

  • Cathedral of Constant Night;
  • Tomb of Sargeras.

After talking with the magician, you can enter the game directly, and the Legion's Ruin Army category and the entire coast will be available to you. After completing this scenario, the user can complete a local quest on the shore itself and earn a reputation.

In this addition, the currency from previous patches, Nether Shards, is again available. It is needed in order to purchase various rewards for reputation with the Legion's Ruin Army. Users receive this currency for completing various tasks and killing monsters, and you can also acquire it by finding it in chests that are scattered along the entire shore.

An important element of each universe is the available buildings on the map. The main structure of the Broken Shore is the Deprived Pinnacle. Patch 7.2 makes it possible to help in the construction of this building and receive certain bonuses for this, for example, opening new content. The contribution to help with construction is 100 Legion of Death Army Supplies, which can only be obtained if you defeat the strongest monsters. After this, construction is carried out with the help of all members of the faction of a certain region of the coast.

This addition makes it possible to build even three buildings, such as:

  • Tower of Mages;
  • Commander's Headquarters;
  • Destroyer of the Void.

Each construction can bring you two bonuses, one on a permanent basis, the second - random, which tends to change if such a structure is erected. In order to immediately collect your bonus, the player needs to have a conversation with Chambers after the building is ready.

Building a mage tower gives you the opportunity to receive Fel Treasures as a permanent bonus.

Random bonuses are:

  • knowledgeable bonus;
  • bonus fluff;
  • enormous power;
  • worthy of respect.

Interesting! When receiving a random "Worthy of Respect" bonus, the attitude of the Legion's Bane army can improve 25% faster.

The permanent bonus of the second structure of the Command Headquarters is the Forces of the Order. It also provides the opportunity to unlock new quests.

The random bonuses of such a structure are:

  • high gain;
  • hostilities;
  • excellent defenders;
  • quick readiness.

Interesting! Once you receive the Legion's Ruin Army Supplies, you will have the opportunity to receive even more supplies in addition!

The last building is the Void Destroyer, its permanent bonus is the Epic Hunter. It, like the previous permanent auxiliary elements, makes it possible to gain the right to fight serious bosses.

Random Void Destroyer bonuses:

  • smiling fate - if you fail an additional roll, everything will remain in its place;
  • strengthening a vehicle – using this item, you can easily use objects;
  • multiplier – makes it possible to get even more currency in an online game.

On this Broken Shore, each player can earn about ten different achievements.

The game Warcraft really provides the opportunity to plunge into the virtual world and perform a variety of actions to improve your character. By earning achievements, you progress each time in such an online game.

Playing such strategies can be a great way to relax, but the main thing, as doctors say, is to play in moderation.

.
The Broken Shore can be accessed after completing a scenario that grants access to the Legion's Bane faction. After completing the scenario, you can complete world quests on the Broken Shore and earn reputation with the new faction.

With patch 7.2, the currency from the pre-patch, Nether Shards, has returned again. They are used to purchase reputation rewards with the Legion's Ruin Army and "discarded" blanks for making armor.

THE BUILDINGS

Deliverance Pinnacle is the main base on the Broken Shore. It is there that you can make your “contribution” to the construction of new buildings, which provide various bonuses (including opening access to new content). The one-time fee is 100 Supplies of the Legion's Ruin Army (given as a reward for completing tasks, obtained from rare elite monsters). Construction is being carried out by one faction from across the region.

The player can build three different buildings - the Mage Tower, the Command Headquarters and the Void Destroyer. Each of these buildings will provide one permanent bonus that applies to everyone, as well as one random bonus that changes when a new building of this type is built. To receive bonuses, you need to talk to Commander Chambers, after constructing a new building.

Upon completion of construction, the Legion armies will attack the erected structure for 3 days until it is completely destroyed. During the attack period, bonuses from construction will not apply. To start new construction, you must wait 1 day.

Tower of Mages

A permanent bonus from the mage tower is Fel Treasures. It opens access to artifact trials, secret Parselmouth chests, and a network of portals.

Artifact Challenges: This is single-player content that allows you to try your hand at fighting powerful opponents. Upon successful completion, the player receives a new appearance for his artifact. For each attempt you have to pay with Void Shards. There are 7 different challenges for each specialization.
Secret Wyrmtongue Chests: Players gain the ability to see Unusual Wyrmtongue hiding places. Opening the chest requires a Parselmouth Cache Key, which can be purchased for 500 Nethershards from Treasure Hunter Ix'reeged. X'reeged appears after completing a quest chain that starts with Pooka, then? . He sells Wandering Parselmouth Essence for 5,000,000 Nether Shards.
Portal Network: The Mage Tower contains portals that allow you to travel through the Broken Isles zones (Azsuna, Highmountain, Val'sharah, Stormheim).
Random bonuses

DISPOSED BLANKS FOR MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT

The player can purchase discarded blanks and Vashreen the Miraculous. Each of the blanks costs 5,000 Nether Shards. These blanks allow you to obtain a piece of equipment for your specialization (there is even a small chance that the item will be legendary).

CERBERAX

The Cerberax is a Legion gunship that flies over the Broken Shore and attacks specific areas. From opponents who will be in the shadow of the ship, you can get beacons used to open portals with demons. These demons drop Nether Shards, as well as materials for crafting items using professions and enhanced beacons that serve to summon additional enemies.

There are several types of beacons.

A guide on how to build buildings in the Broken Shore location in WOW 7.2 - Command Headquarters, Mage Tower and Void Destroyer. We tell you which buildings are best to build on the Broken Shore and what benefits each of them provides in WOW Legion.

In the WOW Legion 7.2 patch, a new location has been added to the game - the Broken Shore (follow the link for a complete guide to the location). In it, players can build 3 different buildings: the Mage Tower, the Command Headquarters and the Void Destroyer.

How to open building construction

  • Donate 100 Legionfall Army Supplies for one of the buildings every day. You can receive Legionfall Army Compensation for completing such construction tasks. The delivery of resources for the construction of buildings is the same for the entire server and all factions, but the buildings themselves compete for resources with each other.
  • For completing local quests on the Broken Shore you can get 100-150 per day. In addition, these resources drop from rare elite monsters in the location.
  • Once built, buildings remain for a limited period of time (3 days), during which players can obtain special effects from them by talking to Commander Chambers.
  • The durability (health) of buildings decreases when they are attacked by the Legion. If a building is completely destroyed, 1 day (CD) must pass before players can rebuild it.
