All farming comes down to running through standard places, clearing out the existing goblins and then re-entering the game to repeat the actions.

You can get it in two ways - knock it out somewhere or exchange it with Kadala for bloody fragments. But there is also third way to get a puzzle ring- in Kanai's Cube, using the 3rd recipe, you can upgrade yellow (rare) items to legendary ones. This is especially helpful when you are trying to get something specific this way. legendary ring of ancient type. After receiving it - if you throw it into Kanai Cube and press activation, a portal will open to Halls of Greed.Some people will now think that this way you can farm well if you first increase the difficulty level. It’s possible, but don’t rush, so that you don’t end up with a failure like mine :) I was also happy to play like this when playing a magician - I put on all my gear to increase my gold gain + put on a shoulder pad for more profit and experience. By default I play at the T6 difficulty level and before calling the portal I switched to T10. At T6 there are no particular problems with killing mobs, but at T10 I was disappointed inside the portal, because... my damage was not enough to destroy the HP of the current mobs in time, and as a result, the small goblins that appeared managed to escape into their portals earlier. what I used to kill them 🙁 And in the end, when I came to the final goblin boss, I couldn’t cause him significant harm, because... He has about 100 billion HP + with his attacks he simply one-shots. After 6-10 attempts, I gave up on this matter and re-entered the game at a lower difficulty T6 - as a result, the portal no longer existed.
      Out of grief, I went to look for goblins in the locations and randomly knocked out another similar portal ring. This time I decided to pass it on difficulty level 6. As a result, everything went smoothly, mobs went down with ease.
      The conclusion from all this: if at your difficulty level you can easily deal with mobs, then before calling the portal from the ring you can increase it by 1-2 points.
  2. Also remember that getting into portal Halls of Greed You can kill ordinary goblins in adventure mode. The chance of a portal opening after death is small and random. In the Nephalem Portals, goblins do not open their portals.
  3. And another way to find goblins is to put them on yourself before receiving the buff from the shrines. This is not the first time these bracers, instead of some elite boss, summon about 10 goblins of different types :)

Greedy goblins - where to look for them in the first act

So, how do you get into the treasury? The answer is simple - kill as many goblins as possible! Some people write that killing 100 goblins is not the limit, but we opened the treasury by killing approximately 50 goblins. It doesn’t matter whether you beat the goblin in the First Act or in the Fifth - the chance of opening the treasury, in my opinion, is the same. Personally, I had a treasury opened once in Act One, once in Act Three, and once in Act Five.

1. Location Southern Highlands

Goblins appear randomly, either on the 1st or 2nd level of the caves. If you find goblins at level 1, then there is no point in going to level 2 or exploring the cave further - there are no goblins on two levels at once, they are mutually exclusive, just as there cannot be more than 1 goblin on one level.

Watchtower

If you have discovered this location, which also randomly appears in the Southern Highlands, then you can run here, sometimes (very rarely), at level 2 you can meet a goblin. I’m also attaching a map of where my goblins were, of course, the goblins are located in completely different places, but suddenly these very places coincide with you and me.

Southern Highlands

In the Southern Highlands you can meet goblins very often, the chances are, so to speak, 50/50. No more than 1 goblin lives there, so after finding it, you can move on without running around the entire location.

2. Caves of Arana

Also very often, with a probability of 50% you can meet goblins here, if you’re lucky, then more than one.

It happens that almost at the very beginning you can meet a yellow spider monster, passing next to which your hero will say something like “The spider caught its prey.” We kill the spider, and after that we open the cocoon, from which a goblin jumps out. More details in the video.

This is one of the few cases where you can find not one, but two goblins in one location. After you have killed this spider (by the way, its appearance is not very frequent), it is advisable to run around the entire cave in search of another goblin.

3. Royal Tombs

The royal tombs are very small in area and easy to run around, and goblins appear there often, so it is very convenient to go there to look for them.

The cathedral is large, so running around everything every time is not very fun. But goblins are found there quite often. Most often, goblins appeared at levels 2 and 3 (it happened that they were at levels 2 and 3 at once). I'm attaching maps, but, as always, I warn you that goblins mostly appear in random places.

5. Cursed fortress

It is impossible to get into the cursed fortress directly, there is no portal in it, the easiest way is to transfer to the Halls of Agony Level 2, and from there you can run through the Crossing into the Highlands and to the fortress itself. It doesn’t take long to run around the cursed fortress, and the appearance of goblins there is a frequent occurrence. It was also noticed that they sometimes sit in the same places, so a map with the location may be useful to you here.

6. Lost Fields

Crypt of Decay

This location appears randomly, with a probability of approximately 33% in the Deadly Fields. So, how do you find the Crypt of Decay in the game? We are transported to the Lost Fields and determine our location by the location of the Sunken Temple portal, since its location is unchanged, but in the Lost Fields you can appear in four different places. The Crypt of Decay location appears in only two places, so by determining your location, you can understand approximately where the Crypt of Decay should be located. I'm attaching a map to make it clearer.

Clarification: if at the site of the crypt a task appeared with an Elder, a Beast, a Sicklefang, a squad of goat-footed creatures near a chest, or just a plug in the form of a curl, then you don’t have to continue the search.

Kaldesanna's Despair is a recipe introduced with patch 2.4.0 that allows you to significantly enhance any ancient item. You can additionally inlay the item with gems through the cube.

You will need:

  • Ancient item.
  • Legendary Gem x 1
  • Flawless Royal Gem x 3

If you want to add strength - use ruby, agility - emerald, intelligence - topaz, vitality - amethyst. A legendary gem requires a minimum level of 30 to upgrade a weapon, for accessories (ring or amulet) a level of 40 is required, and for armor a level of 50 legendary gem is required. You will receive a stat bonus according to the formula legendary gem level x 5.

If you use a level 60 gem, you will get + 300 stats, if 80, then +400. The legendary gem will disappear after being upgraded. You can upgrade an item several times. The correct crypt will have a second level. Behind it is a passage to the Councilor's Tomb. This is where the advisor's altar will be. You can use the teleportation crystal nearby, or your new ability - Portal to the city! By pressing [T] you immediately go to the nearest city. Then you can go back through the same portal! Reign of the Black King

After the victory, all that remains is to enter the Secluded Halls to find there a stranger who fell from the sky. Through the gate of wandering we return to the city to Deckard Cain.

Stranger's Sword

You need to go through the Gate of Wandering to the Cemetery of the Damned, there is a gate through which you can get to the Blighted Fields, most likely one of the parts is there.

All that remains is to take the Shining Sword Fragment. It must be taken to Deckard Cain.

Broken Blade

Talk to Leah. She will recognize the place from Magda's description and will also go with you. Travel to the Blighted Fields through the Gate of Wandering. From there to the Old Farm. The Scoundrel will run out towards you. We follow him to the farm and talk to the Bandit. You can’t expect any “good things”. We kill the entire gang led by Nigel the Cutthroat. You need to return to the Sunken Temple and place two lights on two pedestals. You can now enter the Sunken Temple. All of Wortham is on fire! There is already an army of Magda fanatics here. A local resident will run out to the meeting and call you to the chapel where the others are hiding. Fanatics are already storming it. You need to kill three dark berserkers and everyone else. Magda will appear. Talk to the Priest, he will offer to go down to the basement of Wortem's chapel. It turns out that Magda was just distracting you all this time. Return to New Tristram using the Gate of Wandering in the basement. Visit Deckard Cain's House.

In the footsteps of a dark cult

After the tragic events, talk to Leah. You need to go to the Arana caves near Wortem. To begin, return to this burning city through the Gate of Wandering, or with the help of the Ferryman. Go through the City Gate in northern Wortham. This area is called Wortham Rocks.

Tactics against the Queen of Aran: Surprisingly simple opponent. She is not blocked by small creatures like the Skeleton King, so you can make the most of the abilities of each class of heroes. However, her attacks cause considerable damage, you need to monitor your health indicator and use a health restoration potion in time. You can avoid a direct attack using any fast movement abilities.

After collecting the trophies that the spider managed to devour, find a puddle of poison to the left of the captive and click on it. Now you can free Karina and follow her to Highlands Pass. Talk to Karina. We need to find the Khazra Staff, which she stole and hid in the cart. You can immediately find the Gate of Wandering. The Goathorns have already managed to set up an ambush here. However, we need to search Karina's cart and get the staff. Now you can go to the goat-horned fence. The Kharza will open the gate, but only to try to take the staff away. Now you need to get to Leoric's Castle, overcoming a horde of goats ("Tower Defense" in reverse:). But first the Northern Highlands await us.
You can immediately find the Gate of Wandering. You need to get to Leoric's Hunting Grounds. And from there - to the Castle Courtyard. And finally, in the courtyard is the entrance to Leoric's Castle itself. Surprisingly, in the fireplace I managed to find logs from which Leoric’s Shinbone fell! The ghost of Queen Asilla wants to talk to you here. She asks to free the souls of six prisoners. You just need to click on their remains at different ends of the dungeon. The ghost will appear again and demand to kill the Overseer, who is in the center of the dungeon. Although he has a specific appearance and respectable size, he cannot be called a boss - just a large skeleton with an increased health reserve. Now you can enter the Hall of Suffering, and along the way you can see the scene of the death of Queen Asilla (plus you can find Lazarus’ diary behind the guillotine). In fact, everything is very simple. The only valid condition is an open third act. It is also desirable that it be passed. This way you will have a better chance of defeating opponents who are not of a higher level than you.

So, how to get Kanai's Cube? Open the menu and go to adventure mode. We are interested in only one non-player character, namely Zoltun Kull. Talk to him in the first city, and then move to the third act.

Even if you have obtained the Kanai Cube, which we will tell you how to use a little further, your work is not over. Now you will need a large amount of reagents for it to function. The main catch is that you can only get them from the "Treasures of Horadrim". They can be obtained in adventures by completing quests issued by Tyrael.

In total, the game has five acts and, accordingly, five materials - one for each act. Let's arrange them in descending order.

  • "Tal Rashi Archive". This recipe allows you to extract one property from a legendary item and add it to the “memory” of the cube. Please note that only legendary quality is also extracted. After this operation, the item itself is destroyed. All “equipment” in the cube is divided into three types - weapons, rings and armor. Therefore, you can only select three properties at a time - one from each category.

In order to carry out this operation, you will need one act reagent and five “breaths of death”. And, of course, the legendary item itself. Perhaps this is the most useful of the recipes, where the Kanai Cube fully fulfills its function.

Transformation

The following recipes are aimed at changing existing things. Simply put, the “Kanai Cube”, how to use it is clear at first glance, begins to play the role of that same “Horadrical Cube”.

  • "Kull's Law". Allows you to completely change the properties of a legendary item. Using 5 act reagents and 50 souls, you will create a completely new item, which may even become ancient. However, be careful, the opposite effect is also possible - the ancient one can become an ordinary legendary one.
  • "The Hope of Descartes Cain." Another very interesting recipe. Allows you to turn a rare (yellow) item into a legendary item for the same slot. The only limitation is the level of the item - it must be 70. To activate the transformation procedure, you will need 50 units of all types of resources and 25 breaths of death.
  • "Mastery of Nilfur" Perhaps one of the most controversial recipes. Allows you to transform a legendary item from one set into another from the same set. Very useful when you have a lot of the same “junk” accumulated, but there are not enough individual items to complete the set.

In principle, this is all that Kanai's Cube is capable of. The recipes that we will indicate below are too situational and are not always worth the money and materials that are spent on them.
